RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
We take great pride in our Candidates and believe in spending a great deal of time to make sure that the correct Individual is matched with our client's requirements.
All candidates are asked to complete a detailed application form, providing us with information on their complete work history and skills. These details are used as the basis for an interview with a trained member of our staff. In depth questioning allows us to build a complete profile of the candidates experience, attitude, goals, motivation, interests, work preferences and ambitions.
If accepted we collate and validate a registration form consisting essentially of:
- Copy of passport/birth certificate
- Contact and address details of two referees within the last two years
- Certificates of training
Full bank details and National Insurance Number
It is our policy to continually review and update our Candidates on the most recent and up to date guidelines set out by the government.
In addition to the above Exclusive Recruitment will keep in close contact with both the candidate and client throughout the agreed working engagement. |
