Exclusive Recruitment is a new and expanding agency. We have candidates that work for us on a full time basis and so are free for long term placements or are flexible enough to fill in with temporary positions. We also have candidates available for odd shifts which overall gives the agency a great deal of potential to respond to our clients' situations and requirements.

We are proud of our candidates and spend a lot of time on our recruitment process to ensure that we have the right calibre of people on our books.

Most of our personnel within the company structure have worked in a recruitment environment for over three years and are aware of the possible failings and pitfalls of other agencies and aim to avoid them.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am. until 5pm. We run a very efficient on-call service out of hours, staffed by the same members on a rota basis who work in the office during the day. This enables us to be familiar with the day's events and provide our clients with an extremely personal and efficient service.
