This role will be to manage a variety of contracts from £20,000 to £1.5m, Including refurbishments, general building, new build commercial and shop refitting.
The successful applicant will be required to manage a workforce on site of around 20 people at any one time and to manage several contracts at once providing regular feedback to the management team.
Must have experience of managing budgets and time scales.
