Working for a global organisation selling cutting tools to small/mid size engineering companies to the Operations Manager, responsibilities include providing technical support and engineering solutions over the phone, answering customer calls promptly and courteously, taking and processing customet orders and placing purchase orders with suppliers. A good working knowledge of CNC maching is required along with knowledge of cutting tools, good organisational skills, excellent teamwork skills and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
