Office Administrator required to join an exciting and vibrant digital advertising agency. The successful candidate will work closely with Directors and Account Management team. You will need to be able to balance priorities whilst ensuring high standards of office administration in terms of efficient systems and processes. Duties include recording and reconciling time sheets, compiling quotations and managing purchase invoices together with purchasing stationery supplies, proof reading art work and archiving files. Communicating with clients and suppliers is an integral part of the role.
The ability to multi task together with confidence to co-ordinate events, travel and diaries efficienty is essential. You will need to demonstrate proficiency using MS office, particularly Access and Excel.
The main function of the Office Administrator will be to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Directors, Account Managers and Project Managers. It is important that the Office Administrator ensures the smooth day-to-day administrative functions of the office are managed efficiently.
