Working for a world leader in sterilisation services for the health care industry, the ideal candidate will be a quality management professional with a proven ability to lead and facilitate measurable continual improvement initiatives within a service orientated process. Must be a team player who will play a key role in determining target plans and quality objectives to achieve strategic goals at the local level and actively taking part in European QA and strategic meetings. Also must have experience in ISO 9001 : 2000, taking responsibility for maintaining and improving the QMS and coordinating internal, regulatory and customer audits. Candidates must be an excellent communicator to ensure that the quality policy and customer requirements are promoted and understood throughout the facility. Occasional travel throughout Europe would be expected as part of this position.
