Applicants must be a confident individual, probably a legal executive but possibly a solicitor, to co-ordinate the preparation and recordal of intellectual property assignments and licences around the world. The work varies from straight forward procedural tasks to multijurisdictional transfers of property, company mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will learn the varied requirements of different jurisdictions. Highly valuable IP is at stake.
